by John Lang Strayhorn Marina was purchased by Kelly & Sherry Hickelheim along with Craig Heffington in early 2006, and boy have they been busy! This year you'll find their newly remodeled marina store with everything you'll need for a day on the lake...Beer, Soda, ice, clothing, etc., a new boathouse for large boats (Fully rented out already), with plans for more in the near future. |
|
They also have a full-service shop on the way to the marina, open Monday-Friday 8-5 and on Saturday from 8-12. I can personally vouch for the quality of their work, (Thanks David & Herb!) so give them a call at 487-2027 for all your service needs. Strayhorn Marina has easy access to the Corps of Engineers boat ramp with courtesy dock and the Corp RV park. Call Sherry for boat slip and mobile home rentals/sales information at 487- 5178 and be sure to visit their new website: www.strayhorn marina.com
